Fitness changed my life. Now I am in the best shape of my life. I am 46years old. I am healthy, fit, and more confident than ever before. I lead an active lifestyle and finally able to keep up with my kids!
My belief
My belief used to be that once you have children or hit your 40’s you will be overweight and old. So not true! But many of us, especially women, are conditioned to feel this way.
Trust me; it truely doesn’t matter how many children you have had, or how old you are, or where you live, or how busy you are. Every story you can think of. You can always choose to be your best self!
My journey
My transformation began after my second child, I was 18kg overweight. That was my rockbottom. I started strength training/ lifting weights for the first time in my life at 40 years old. It was the first time I had seen real results and found a way to lose weight without suffering.
My own transformation inspired me so much that I wanted to support other women over 40 through the bodily changes that often arise with age. Supporting the women who has been ‘YOYO’ dieting their whole life but without any sustainable results!
I specialise in coaching women. Not only to achieve goals of fat-loss, muscle building or strength training. I accommodate their nutrition and training programs to the physiology to manage premenopausal symptoms. So they learn to love the new version of their bodies.
