Maybe you have worked with other coaches, who gave you false hope and an unrealistic program. You struggled to follow it because it didn’t suit your lifestyle and it wasn’t sustainable.
As a mother who works full-time and has kids I want to give them my love and full energy. What I have learnt from experience is that you can’t pour from an empty cup and soon I realised that in order for me to be the best mum I can be and as well be a role model for my kids, I had to learn to put myself first. How I explain this to my clients is, imagine you are flying on an airplane and something goes wrong and the oxygen mask falls in front of you. Your instinct is to put the mask on for yourself first and then help your children. This is the same as for your health and mental well-being.
Being the best version of yourself means you need to start putting yourself first, so you can show up for yourself and others in the best possible way. The first step in supporting my clients is that they see it as a journey instead of a quick fix, there are no shortcuts to achieve sustainable long-term results.
The journey becomes enjoyable and exciting because you are on a path to a better and healthier you. Thrive Coaching removes old habits and unhealthy behaviours. It reframes and builds new habits with TRAINING, NUTRITION AND MINDSET to create a fulfilling lifestyle. The byproduct of this process is that you look and feel amazing. The first 2 weeks you will prime your body metabolically by nourishing your body’s needs. You will build a solid foundation to accomplish your goal. After the Metabolic Prime Phase, you will start your 10 weeks fat loss phase and create incredible results. Not only will you lose weight and tone up. You will feel amazing and confident.
Customised Training Plans
Your customised training plan is created based own your ability to execute exercises properly. Each week you will progress and gain knowledge about correct form. Thus, this will increase your performance in the gym. You will log your training directly in the Thrive Coaching Fitness App. Every exercise has a video tutorial.
Customised Nutrition Plan
Your customised nutrition plan is based on your lifestyle and your goal to lose weight or build strength. Your Macro/Calorie tracker is linked to the Thrive Coaching Fitness App where all meals are monitored by your coach. Your nutrition plan will be updated on regular basis.
One-On-One
Onboarding Video Call
In this session your coach will show you how to use the Thrive Coaching Fitness app, how to log your food in your Macro/Meal Tracker, how to complete your check-in form and so much more. No questions will be left out so can relax and focus on your process to make progress.
Weekly Check-Ins
You will receive the highest level of support each week through video or written feedback from your coach. The weekly check-ins are the most effective tool to monitor your progress and ensure that you will achieve the results you desire.
Weekly Group Coaching Video calls
You will connect with like-minded empowered women who are on the same journey as you. Question will be answered, wins will be shared and struggles will be discussed and tips will be exchanged. You will experience the power of community inspire each other.
Weekly Exercise Technique Assessment
You will receive ongoing feedback (written/video) on the exercises videos you submit. This will prevent injuries and optimise your performance and results in the gym. Progress regarding your exercises is guaranteed in this way.

In Thrive Facebook Group everyone interacts actively with each other. Every week we will share wins, intentions and celebrate milestones. This group is like a party with the right people and excellent music :). You will never feel lonely during your journey!
